A New Kind of Coworking!
As the shared work space industry continues to grow at a staggering rate, it can be challenging to keep up with everything. The idea of co-working in India is a fine line between newly found start-ups who are willing to work in a co-working environment and traditional office setups that are more used to the orthodox setup. The benefits of being a self- employed worker cannot be denied. To be your own boss and have the ability to choose your own working time and place are all very lucrative factors while choosing self-employment.
In late 2017, we launched Coworking as a beta project after a successful coliving venture in the same property! Since co-working was something that we had never done before, the journey has been one of learning and most importantly, meeting our customers needs.
A sudden hike in self-employment has seen a big demand for co-working spaces. Multi-billion dollar corporate entities like Uber and Instagram were born out of such spaces . Co-working has been perceived as a good choice by freelancers, who are not willing to give in to the emotional demands of the corporate companies. Although co-working has been regarded as an optimistic approach to self-employment, isolation remains one potential problem in the eyes of many. That can be avoided if the individuals are in the company of their fellow digital nomads in an exclusive community.
This very idea has been adopted by us at The Hub Bengaluru. We offer magnificent set-ups to co-work while we take care of all the miscellaneous chores and commitments. Most importantly, it’s centrally located and just a stone’s throw away from the MG Road Metro Station (500 meters to be precise!)

The space has been designed to offer the flexibility of using it as an office space and an event space too! Something you don’t find around very often. We have informal meeting booths, unlike the traditional/formal meeting rooms that can easily fit up to 6 people!
The highlight of our new space is a cozy little green room what we’d like to call The Hobbit Room! A space than can revitalize you and take you through a session of yoga or it can also be used as a chill zone. It’s one of our most sought after spaces since a lot of folks have even approached us to make it their private office. I mean, who wouldn’t?!
What’s an office space if there’s no room for recreational zones that can be used to de-stress and let loose? Here at The Hub we have indoor and outdoor spaces to meet every requirement, be it an outdoor team activity or being a part of cool events that take place almost every weekend! From stand-up sessions to open mics, we’ve done it all! Our space can easily double up as an event space that can host workshops, seminars or even a full fledged music gig!
Finally, the icing on the cake- 2.0 is a pet friendly space. Imagine having man’s best friend sitting right next to you while you’re battling work like a pro!
Within a fortnight of relaunching our space, all our private offices have been snapped up by unique startups, each from a different domain! We are also proud to say that our community has been instrumental for a handful of solopreneurs. One of our startups recently got acquired by one of the largest advertising agencies in the country!
